Most chewing gum contains an ingredient called "GUM BASE," which can hide 40+ ingredients, including PLASTIC. Not ours. We use a biodegradable tree sap called CHICLE to get our chew.
Alternative to plastic hair brushes. Most hair brushes are made of synthetic materials and will take thousands of years to break down.

Our founder, Caron, started Simply in 2014 after she discovered that regular chewing gum was made of a synthetic plastic base. She started making batches of gum in her apartment using a tree sap (chicle) base & sold the first Simply Gum products in stores throughout NYC.
